Is foundation included?
No. Foundation and utilities are not included. We connect you to contractors who can build your foundation and connect your utilities.
What materials do you use?
We use simple materials to keep your BAHAYY affordable including precision-engineered steel frame, termite-proof composite cladding, heavy duty steel cladding and roof, durable fiber cement panels, and natural finish wood panels.

Yes. You can pay for your BAHAYY over 1, 3, or 5 years. Installment units are delivered after payment completion. You can accelerate your delivery date through the BAYYANIHAN Program.

The BAYYANIHAN Program is our hybrid installment and referral program that taps the power of community effort to lighten the load of house payments and make homeownership possible for you in 5 years or less.
Do you require a collateral?
Absolutely not. We don't require a collateral if you're paying in installments through the BAYYANIHAN Program.
Do you have a showroom?
We don't maintain a physical showroom. All BAHAYYs are made to order and delivered immediately after production. We'll offer virtual walkthroughs of all BAHAYY modules on our website shortly.
